ABSTRACT

The focus of this research is to identify the dynamics of regional economic development through digital trends towards tourist visits and the promotion of tourist destinations in the Lake Toba area during the F1 Powerboat World Championship (F1H2O) event on Lake Toba, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Through the conduct of online research methods (ORMs) in diagnosing digital social issues and trends regarding the events, the results show that there was an effort to maximize the increase in regional economic development, by utilizing the potential and attractiveness of holding the F1 Powerboat as part of sports tourism. As an event aims to spur the movement of domestic tourists to super-priority destination areas, the implementation of the F1 Powerboat event is not only a driving force in the recovery and improvement of the local economy after the COVID-19 Pandemic, but also a venue for the promotion of other tourist destinations in North Sumatra. However, the positive impacts of this event organization on sustainable economic growth in the surrounding areas is not without reservations. The event has received some negative feedback, which include the problems of event preparation and implementation, and also the limited awareness of local community tourism. This research suggests that in order to achieve sustainable regional development and urban resilience, the future organization of sport tourism events should not only focus on the economic objectives, but also on the other aspects including socio-cultural and environmental perspectives. © 2023 by the authors.

ABSTRACT

Amid the current pandemic, information technology such as the internet has become a basic need for society. The increasingly limited space for movement requires people to master technology to be able to survive and interact virtually. On the other hand, technology that has become a basic need also needs to be adopted by the government to improve public services amidst the COVID-19 pandemic to be more effective and efficient. E-Government and digital government in Indonesia are strengthened by the presence of Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003, as well as Presidential Regulation (Perpres) no. 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). One of these acceleration efforts is also strengthened by the presence of the electronic-based government system index (SPBE) which measures how the electronic-based government system in Indonesia is at the regional level. As people increasingly master technology, the form of technology-based services (e-services) will be increasingly needed by the public. So, how does the government respond to this? West Java Province itself through Bapenda (Regional Revenue Agency) and a team of IT experts has launched an application called Sambara (West Java Mobile Samsat), a public service in the form of an Android-based smartphone application for payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) in West Java Province. The application is also implemented in Banten Province through the SAMBAT (Samsat Banten Hebat) and SIGNAL (National Digital Samsat) Applications as well as Cooperation in the Management of Regional Levies through the SIREDA (Regional Retribution System) application.Copyright © 2023, Anka Publishers. ABSTRACT

Pandeglang District Government in the implementation of road traffic and transportation development is directed to improve the implementation of road traffic and transportation in all modes of transportation in an integrated manner and have sustainable interconnectivity by taking into account all aspects of people's lives to realize the goal. In the land transportation sector, the main attention is currently directed to the problem of inter-city and urban transportation. One of the priorities for the road and bridge infrastructure development program is to lead to a stable road, leaving the Cipanas-Warung Banten road segment which is targeted for completion in 2020 and subsequently a program of crossing structuring and widening of road sections that do not meet the technical standards of provincial roads with a minimum width of 7,0 meters pavements will be carried out. At the beginning of 2020 there were floods and landslides in the Lebak Regency area, as well as the Covid-19 outbreak that had hit since March 2020, causing the development performance targets for roads and bridges to be in stable condition and meeting the technical standards of provincial road widths to be delayed. Transportation infrastructure problems related to interconnectivity between toll roads, national roads, provincial roads, district roads and village roads, have become a major concern in studies related to their management policies. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. This study requires data to conclude the results of the study, so the researcher uses book studies/literature reviews.Copyright © 2023, Anka Publishers. All rights reserved.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to describe the Regent's mitigation program of increasing Sragen community participation through the excavation of local wisdom and communal values. This is known as "social solidarity,” and this article locates social solidarity in pager mangkok, a mitigation program for facing the COVID-19 pandemic, and the jogo tonggo program, a product of the Central Java Provincial government. Approaches to women's political leadership, public policy, and implementation are all parts of the theory used to support the concept of social solidarity. Data was collected through observation methods, documentation, and library research. The results show that the sudden spread of COVID-19 on a global scale became a shocking and stressful moment for the people of Sragen Regency. The task force jogo tonggo formed by the local government was beneficial for the people of Sragen Regency when combined with the social solidarity of the pager mangkok movement. The social solidarity of the people of Sragen Regency through the pager mangkok movement became a power for the community in this hard time. Pager mangkok is conducted through greeting each other on social media, being aware of each other's condition, and helping each other voluntarily and transparently. This practice became a means to take care of each other, protect each other, and strengthen the mitigation program for families during the COVID-19 pandemic. © 2022,Journal of International Women''s Studies. All Rights Reserved.
